4.E. The Voting Machine Area
Like the Voter Booth Area, poll watchers have limited access to the Voting Machine Area while voters are present.
From the time the voting machine is publicly inspected before the polls open, until the polls close, all voting machines must remain in public view.
Poll watchers have access to the Voting Machine Area:
- To inspect the voting machine before the polls open.

The poll watcher must request access to the voting machine from an Election Judge.
