Before the polls open and when there are no voters in any of the voting booths, the poll watcher can check the voting booths.

Poll watchers cannot touch anything in the voting booth.

Poll watchers cannot remove anything from the voting booth.

Poll watchers cannot add anything to the voting booth.

If there is a problem, bring it to the attention of an Election Judge.
