Chapter 12   The Central Counting Facility

The last day of counting shall end with Provisional Ballots.

1. The Final Count

Ask for the final tabulator print out.

Ask for the final count. No matter how much information you are allowed to take away with you, remember that until the count is released publicly, it remains unofficial.

Relay the count to your poll watcher team.

2. Securing the Room

Once the last ballot box/tabulator is emptied and the ballots along with the rejected ballots are secured for transport to the storage facility, counting at the center counting location is completed.

Assuring that the room is secured is no longer a concern of observer/poll watcher.

3. Sign Out

Sign out, as required.
