The area outside The Campaign Free Zone, is The Public Forum.

Rules regarding electioneering are not enforced.

One rule that is enforced: No one within the Public Forum can block or prevent another person from entering the Polling Place to vote or to register to vote.

Poll watchers do not enforce rules within the Public Forum but can report problems to an Election Judge.
