4.A.6. List of Election Judges.

Make a list of the Election Judges and their party affiliation.

Some judges will object to giving your their name and party affiliation. Explain that there are situations where 2 (two) Election Judges are needed and they must be from different parties. It is better to get that information now than when the Election Judges are in the middle of a situation.

If the judges still refuse, do not argue:

• Ask to see their badges, and
• Ask to see the election judge sign-in sheet.

What the Poll Watcher Is Looking For.

In the 2024 and 2025 election cycles, the majority of the Election Judges must be Democrats.

The minority of Election Judges must be Republicans.

There are no provisions for independent or third party Elections Judges.
