4.D. The Voting Booth Area.

The voting booth area is there for one reason: to provide a safe place to vote.

Access to the voting booth area is restricted to:

• The Voter, this link opens in a new browser tab.
• Voter Assistance From Two Election Judges, this link opens in a new browser tab.
• Challengers (i.e., Poll Watchers Involvement in Voter Assist, this link opens in a new browser tab.)
• Children, this link opens in a new browser tab. under the age of 18, when accompanied by their parent or guardian AND with the assent of an Election Judge.

Peace Officers, this link opens in a new browser tab. cannot enter the voting booth area, except as directed by the Election Judges to keep order and enforce the law.
