5.H. Change of Address & Change of Name
In addition to Grace Period Registration for a new registrant, a registered voter can change their address or name during Grace Period Registration.
The documentation requirements are the same, two documents:
- One document provides proof of identity.
- A second document to prove current residence.
The change of name registration will need both documents to show the new name.
