7.J. Voters Waiting To Vote Within the Polling Room

Voters who have not applied for a ballot must wait outside the Polling Room.

The number of voters allowed to wait inside the Polling Room depends on the number of voting booths or voting machines in use.

If the Polling Room is at capacity for voters waiting to vote, no additional voter may enter until another voter leaves. An Election Judge determines when a voter may enter the Polling Room and approach the ballot application station.
