7.J.2. Waiting for an Open Voting Machine
The maximum number of voters in the Polling Room waiting to vote at any one time is twice the number of voting machines.
Voters waiting to vote cannot enter the voting machine area or approach an occupied voting machine until a voting machine becomes unoccupied.
All other voters must wait outside of the Polling Room, but within the Polling Place until one voter leaves the Polling Room before another voter can enter the Polling Room.
