2.C. Who Are The People In the Polling Place?
2.C.10. Candidate On the Ballot
Candidates for office who are on the ballot in the precinct upon identifying themselves to the election judges and presenting their credentials, may enter and remain in the polling place.
Candidates are permitted the same rights, privileges, and restrictions as poll watchers.
Candidates engaging in electioneering can be immediately removed from the polling place.
On Election Day, the candidate must present his credentials for each precinct within a polling place or one credential per a Voting Center. Credentials are issued by the Election Authority.
